The only good thing about being in pain all the time is that I have lost all my fear. It really doesn’t matter what happens because nothing could be worse than this.
Not only are you in physical pain but the emotional component is huge. The part that deals with the buried pain of the past and the part that deals with the physical and emotional pain of today. It is all too much.
You would think my subconscious would get it.

I know I have been posting often, I am having a crisis.

Dear Marsha,

I'm sorry that you're in such pain and in crisis and can really relate to both right now. Since I know that fear is a mighty component to what I'm currently feeling, I may be projecting, but I have to ask, are you sure you've lost your fear?

I never understood the levels of fear and how they affect pain and conditioning, until I read Claire Week's book (recommended on this site).
