I saw my allergy doctor last week. He has always connected all of my bodily symptoms, not just allergies, to my state of mind, and he has always encouraged me to work on things like stress reduction, exercise, meditation, etc. He always tells me to look for connections with my symptoms. For example, he said my allergies will act up with my stomach issues do, or my allergies will get worse when I'm stressed out or overly tired.

He told me he had another patient whose allergies went wild after the deaths of his parents and the loss of his job. I told him about Sarno's books and he said he's going to read "The Divided Mind" and recommend it to his patients.

I hope more of his patients will find relief.

Good job, recommending Dr. Sarno's books to him. The more medical professionals that embrace this work, the better.

Thanks,
Peg

Glad some health experts are starting to see the light!

I saw our occupational health people this morning (I wanted to bag some freebies for my office) and they're still stuck in the dark ages way of thinking lol.
