But - the reality is that you probably will have some intermittent type of TMS pain for your lifetime. This is not necessarily a bad thing - it's a warning sign that you're angry or stressed about something.
It concerns me a bit that you're identifying yourself with the word "pain" because part of dealing with TMS is ignoring or laughing at the pain that it produces. How about just being "Bob" or whatever your name is? You are WHO you are, you know - not WHAT you are. |
