I last visited Dr. Sarno and his team as a patient in 1995. It would be useful to me and probably everyone else if individuals who have visited Dr. Sarno recently could describe how his thinking about TMS has evolved over the past 10-15 years. Some of the recent posts describe some specific changes (Mike's post in particular comes to mind) like including some types of meditation as part of treatment.
