Has so many CD's. Just wondering for those who have some of her
CD's, do you have any recommedations.

I went to her website and saw that she has one called "Ease Pain". It is her. I might start with that one and maybe also the "Relaxation and Wellness" one. There is also one about stress. All of those are her. I think you can download them for an MP3 player if you have one. I ordered from her site and no problems getting them or paying for them. Amazon is a good choice too if they have the right ones.

OH thanks so much, I need to calm down, but my stress is related to my physical discomfort. You know what I mean. I did get confused with that one site as they have cd's by several other people, and I want hers.
So I guess a destress one and a healing one. I see they sell them at amazon too, but not in the book stores around me. |

I got healthful sleep a few years ago and my husband and I can't make it past about 5-7 minutes and we are OUT.
I also got general health one that has affimrations about healing your body...I enjoy that one too. she's great. |

PS - Make sure they are her CD's - her doing them. On another one of her sites she has CD's by others. She is excellent and her voice very soothing.

The "Relaxation and Wellness" CD is very good, as is the "Depression" one. Don't get too caught up in trying to figure out which is best. Get the "Relaxation and Wellness" one and see how you like it and her. From there you will know if you want to progress to more or not. I will look at her site again and see if I can see others that might be helpful. Give me an idea though of what is bothering you if that is not too personal - more physical than emotional? More emotional than physical? Yes, I know, they all intertwine, but zeroing in is a good starting point.
