Hello,

This is actually a new one for me. I've never really had shoulder pains/stiffness except for the occasional muscle soreness. In any case i can't quite put my finger on it, if it is really TMS or something else.

My shoulders are stiff when i wake up, and after a while it subsides to manageable levels. At work i can work the entire day without having any major problems, except for when rotating my shoulders, which i do from time to time to get rid of the stiffness.

I do daily journalling and reflection, and rarely have TMS symptoms anymore. I thought this might be a new form of TMS, but i'm not so sure anymore.
