I have been meaning to post this for a while.

Several years ago, a friend told me about these Hemisync CDs. They help the brain to "re-organize" through specific sound patterns (it sounds sort of like a wave of white noise). He lent one to me and I was very impressed, so I bought a few. My favorite is "Deep 10 Relaxation."

They aren't expensive and I have found them to be very calming during times of high stress. I really think that they work! You can find them at the hemi-sync.com website (not sure if I'm allowed to actually post a link).
