I am having issues getting all this right in my head.
I feel I am getting it 100%, then my mind interrupts and distracts me and I get pain again.
Knee is a little better now the back is sore. Very frustrating

If your knee is getting better, and now your back is starting to hurt, that's the best confirmation you could ask for.
