Does anyone know just what EMDR is? My Therapist would like to try it with me to see if it will help my neuropathy pain.

Hi! Thanks! My Therapist thinks it may be worth a try because she thinks my neuropathy is connected to the grief I felt over my Mom's death and the hysterectomy I had inbetween my Mom's death and the start of the neuropathy. I am also an anxious person and she thinks it is all connected.

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), kinda like a neurofeedback type of thing I think. Are you going to do it?
I think it kinda resets the autonomic nervous system. |
