I'm hoping to make a video about how to edit, but if you are familiar with using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, or any other modern word processor, editing the page should be pretty easy for you ([i]please let me know if this is not the case[/i]). Just click the EasyEdit button in the upper left hand corner of every page and go to town. Don't worry about making it pretty... I'm happy to clean up afterward.
