Hello all,
I have a couple trigger points/knots on my back, the skin color around these knots seem to be dark, almost looks like its bruised. Is this normal? It might be because I used to mess with it a lot by messaging it and etc. Trying to dedicate myself to TMS but it seems to be bugging me.
