I often feel like I am unsteady on my feet when I am standing. I constantly feel like I am falling backwards and that I aon a boat. I feel as if I am running fast in my brain. Tired of the feeling of being on a boat. It seems it intensifies when I am stressed.. I am going to the ENT for a checkup, could anyone recommend a natural homeopathis solution. I have done yoga, walks, vacaiton, hypnosis cd. THanks

One idea might be trying Rescue Remedy? (I think it is a Bach flower remedy; most health food shops would have it I think.) |

Sarno theory will work for you. Go ahead and buy "The Divided Mind" and follow his daily instructions in the treatment section. There is no quick fix to your problem, but if you give this method some real time and effort you will see improvements and eventually be cured.
I don't know if you fear the thought of permanence (of the symptoms)...if you do...don't, they are not permanent. The faster you get to work, the faster you will improve. |
