Here are a few morsels I gleaned from a You Can Heal Your Life conference on Saturday in NYC.
- let go of past hurts; forgiveness is key to healing
- love yourself
- show gratitude and appreciation
- emotions change our cells (and cause . . . )
- check out chakras: their related body parts and emotions
- focus on the end result (you get what you focus on)
- midlife brings out (women's) intuitive wisdom
- get to the SOURCE of your problems--not the symptoms
- let go of control
- pursue pleasure--releases nitric oxide--vital to our health
Louise does not look 82 years old--even close up. She is vibrant and very beautiful.
LOVING OURSELVES is key--one beautiful woman asked Louise how to get out of a bad relationship. LOVE YOURSELF was her answer. I can see how that applies.
During another person's talk, a young woman said she needs inner child help and was going to 3 therapists! She was advised to take a break from all self-help and START JOURNALING!
