Hi Panda,
Does this help? I don't know where you are exactly but we had a house in Haslemere, Surrey and Farnham was a 10 minute drive from there. He is a TMS practitioner.

Hi Mala,
thanks so much for that, it is really kind of you. I found Dr Atkinson in the summer and have had my diagnosis confirmed by him. Unfortunately though there's no "support group" unlike up north, maybe I'll have to start one 
I'd recommend him to anyone down this way.
