Hi!

Anyone of you who is bothered with stiffness in the morning in your "TMS area?" I have this every morning, is it very common in TMS? My "TMS leg" feels very tired and stiff, and when I try to stretch it, its like the leg has been running a marathon the day before, while the other one is perfectly (or almost) well. typical oxygendeprivation?

Dr. Sarno mentions that one's unconscious can go wild at night, causing fears etc. that can manifest as pain in the morning. I had this.I used to drag my butt out of bed, and try to ignore it. Sometimes I would take a painkiller.
