Hi All,

After just a few weeks into my awareness of TMS I am feeling mentally and physically exhausted. There are days where I feel "great" and on other days I feel so drained I just want to go to sleep. My guess is that I am constantly thinking and reading about TMS and this is wearing me out. Is this common and do others feel this way?

yes i agree with runner, we never take time for "nothing" anymore, we have a culture of a ticking bomb. breathe deeply for a few minutes.
I have to remind myself I am not in a contest.

I think therefore I am.

I found that constantly thinking about anything tired me out. Reading
The Power of Now, and A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle helped. There is another book by Gregg Jacobs called The Ancestral Mind, that also was helpful. Apparently, ancient people (10,000 years ago) didn't think constantly, and we have now progressed to constant, dominating thoughts. Medititation and introspection can help too.
