libray, and just had time to read bits and pieces, and not start studying it yet. I looks interesting, giving you tools to actually
help you release your emotions both past and present.

Anyone else reading it or doing this method?

I did and read the back messages, but was just wondering if anyone new on the board was using or had used the method. I think new people come and go everyday here or maybe not.

Please do a search for the relevant keywords (such as EFT, emofree, Sedona) as, to quote Dave, "this topic has been discussed ad nauseum".
