This happened to me many years ago. It is completely true and totally makes me positive that what I have now is TMS.

Shortly after I had my second son, I started having pain in my legs. Every day the pain got worse. I had no idea what was going on. It started getting so bad that I could hardly walk without resting every few steps. I was 27 at the time. My life was great, wonderful husband, wonderful life. We very much wanted this baby. I went to the doctor and he said he thought I had MS. We started tests. The pain went crazy then. I couldn't shop, had to sit down to do any housework. I was TOTALLY disabled. The pain was so so intense. I could only escape it at night when I was sleeping. Now as I said this was a really long time ago. TMS wasn't known about back then. Or they just called it something else. We decided to go to the Mayo clinic in Minnesota. I went through a week of the most horrible painful tests. Some of the tests were so painful I will never forget them. After they had checked out every thing in my body they told me there was nothing wrong, that it must be do to stress. Talk about relief and embarrasment! Within two weeks the pain was totally gone! Now I am disabled again due to back and neck pain. I know that its TMS, but I am not getting rid of it like before. But I will!! Maybe it's harder when your older. "It's hard to teach an old dog new tricks" I just wrote this to let you all know that TMS is totally real!!!
