I just returned from my honeymoon (which was great)

We were in SE UTAH, where we hiked, biked and rafted.

The rafting was pretty intense (class 4)
In order to stay in the raft, you had to jam your feet under the side of the raft, so you would not get pitched out during the rapids.

This was a most uncomfortable position for my foot as it was twisted. It was painful in my ankle ligaments and I removed it as often as I could during the trip.

About a day and half later, I developed pain in my heel when I would bend over to pick somehting up. It gradually worsened but did not prevent me from biking on the last day of our trip.

If I bend over with my leg straight the pain is quite acute. I can walk fine...

It seems similiar to P.F., but I have never had anything like this before.

How can one tell if its TMS or a sports injury? The lines become blurred for me.

I haven't done anything for it other then sit in the hotel hot tub...

Thanks.
