Can you please recommend me the good book on releasing and managing anger?

I find it hard sometimes to get in touch with my emotions. Even when I concentrate on the psychological, not physical, my mind is sometimes blank, no emotions to come onto the surface...

Have you read any of those books and did you find them useful?

I'm reading "Facing the Fire: Experiencing and Expressing Anger Appropriately"
by John Lee and Bill Stott

You can find it, and the link, on the main TMShelp.com page, in the books section. So far, so good
