Hi All -

I'm new on the forum tonight because I can't find my Healing Back Pain book. I was looking for it because I need to review those things that Sarno lists out as the homework/reminders/review stuff that we should be reading.

Do any of you have that list in a PDF? Is there a thread that has them typed out already? Could someone post them here if not?

I'd be very grateful. I've been feeling really angry on and off over the last 2 weeks and I need to reconnect to my TMS by reviewing that list.

Thanks in advance...

Oh, Kelvin - thank you for showing me around the site and pointing out that PDF. It's printing right now and I'm looking forward to using it.

This book was like a miracle in my life. One day I was unable to touch my toes and had been dealing with back pain for over a year - and the next day (after reading 3/4 of the book) I was able to touch my toes and sit down comfortably and was so excited showing off my toe touching ability that I actually got sore hamstrings from it! It was awesome. :)

I've had some recent anger stuff come up so I'm feeling that tightness in my back again and that's why I Googled for help and wound up finding this forum.

Great to be here with you all.

Thanks again, Kelvin and Mala.

I suggest you type some key words in 'Search' and see what you can come up with.

You are a sweetie, Mala. Thank you so much. That's EXACTLY what I was looking for. I so appreciate you pointing that out. Me and my back (and my anger) are very grateful.

And thanks for the tip about the Search box. I'll look for that!
