Doubt has been my nemesis lately so I was hoping to alleviate my concerns. My car got hit by a deer right after my sciatica cleared up. So, for all of you doing better and cured out there... Did you have a spot right over your spine that felt tight when you bent forward and the pain seemed to radiate out from that? That is what is making me want to see the chiro after deciding I was done with that forever. |

Strange tender spots, tightness in the lower back when bending forward, and a hundred other things are all very common with TMS. Go about your regular routine, do some exercise, don't let it take control of you, and deal with your emotional issues and/or worries in a healthy way. |
