Posted - 02/14/2008 : 18:42:29 I itch alot! Suddenly find myself scratching my back, head, nose. I have to pretend I am relaxedly rubbing my itch otherwise I feel I must look to others as if I have fleas - because others just don't do it. It happens mostly when I am in company so might be due to some social anxiety or something.
Hadn't associated it with TMS until recently. I realised that just when I am falling asleep (insomnis is my problem) an itch, usually my nose suddenly appears. Weird.
So I found this article very interesting. |
