Hi! When people said TMS travels they were not kidding. I went from 8 years of horror in my face and head, and minor spasms in my back, to practically no pain in my face and head and today I am nauseous from the right side of my back doing something weird. At first I got scared it was my kidneys. Then it moved upwards. I did carry a heavy bag over my shoulder but then why not my shoulder?

I have to teach class in less than an hour (fortunately, only for one hour!) and am at school writing this. Not that anyone is going to be up and around at 7:30, but I'd love some feedback on what to do when it travels.

P.S. I'd like to report last week I sat up many days in a row, I went to an 80's prom at a club and danced for hours in boots with heels. I'm still getting in touch with deep feelings but today I don't feel any feelings, only pain. Interesting! Writing this is helping, so thanks.

Thanks for the encouragement. My back still hurts but 1) I still exercised when I got home today. 2) I stayed at school for 7 hours working on a couple of excel projects, sitting up the whole time. And finally, it does not hurt nearly as much as the 8 years of TMJ pain, which totally sucked. There was a party at my house tonight (Chinese New Year!) and I did 45 min worth of dishes. So a good day but it is still really intense, I think it must be some form of spasm or something.

I also sent an acquaintance in pain the 20/20 sarno video yesterday and I'm wondering if that's what triggered this round of pain. Maybe I had lingering doubts and talking about it made me nervous for some reason?

When it travels, you are winning! Laugh at it and keep it on the run. Eventually it will run away for good. :-)
