Here is an article that sums up Sarno's book as well as his strategies. It might help some people get back to the basics of TMS recovery

Thanks JohnD for sharing this article. There really is so little info online about Sarno's approach. I find it helpful to review Sarno's points.

I am currently encouraging a friend to read MBP cause her fibro is rearing its ugly head and she is scared. But as we all know many won't read a book, but sometimes an article like this can be a good way to open the door.
