some of you know who i am and some of you dont. I dont remember the last time i was on here. I joined the forum right after i saw sarno ( yes hes my doctor) i was 20 years old i am now 22 will be 23 in april and i am 100 % healed! I had severe muscle spasms , sciatica, muscle pain etc i am not going to go into my entire story here but every now and then ill get an email from someone here asking for my help and feel free to write.

I signed on today not to just encourage people if i can do it u can to! But this question pertains to my father. My father has a non cancerous brain tumor and his glands arent working correctly and so far no doctor has truly helped him i understand this is a different problem then tms but i thought ill throw this in there maybe someone knew of an amazing doctor in the new york area that could potentionaly help him. Ok the main reason im writing as well. My father gets these burning and tingling sensations all over his body. We are ruling everything serious out like cancer and his doctor said his blood work is to good, he does not have cancer. The doctors dont know what it is and it seems to be getting worse. My dad had a rough childhood i think this is tms related does anyone else have these same symptoms? These tingling and burning sensations have been occuring forc7 months. We need help, its all over his body he just wants a diagnosis he just feels there is something a lot worse going on in his body but tms. Any help here

hey, thanks for the plug! :)

While it's impossible for me to be able to say much about his condition, I can certainly recommend some excellent neurologists in NYC. I trained at Columbia, and Dr. David J. Adams is one of the smartest people I've ever met, and a good guy. You could make an appointment through the general neurology department at Columbia (uptown division). I think I'm a pretty good neurologist, but if you are in the New York City area, there are certainly good docs available to you. Naturally, if you are near Fairfield, I would be happy to see him as well. Good luck.

I assume it has been ruled out, the possibility of the brain tumor placement causing these all over sensations?

I get localized sensations similar to what you describe that occur in the areas I do get pain in. Sort of a hyper sensitive area of almost itchy, tingly pain. It comes and goes and it is part of my TMS. Mine occurs mostly over the tops of the shoulder area and the back of my head.

I am def going to write a long letter to Sarno. As you know I am already Sarnos patient and had paid 1,000 dollars for myseld I wonder if he will (my father) have to pay 1,000 again or maybe get some kind of break since I already paid the 1,000.

Does this to you sound like it can be tms my father doesnt think so

Or what about taking your dad to see drziggles in Fairfield, CT? He's a neurologist and TMS doc. (Dario M Zagar on:

Hi Jena,

Nice to hear from you again.

How about having a chat with Dr Sarno about your dad?
