I think it can be so hard being in the trenches with TMS, that sometimes we forget how much courage it takes to make this journey to pain free land. Many people avoid TMS theory strictly because its so scary that you can't count on a doctor or some sort of conventional wisdom.

Just want to give some acknowledgement to those of you who are trudging forward despite great amounts of fear and apprehension. That is courage with a capital C.

Hello,
I have just finished 2 books by Dr. Sarno and I am happy to find this Forum. Yesterday I ordered the DVD and felt enthusiatic and today I feel somewhat hopeless, after finihing Mindbody prescription. It's good to know there is support and thank you for the C for Courage.
