Hi All--

I thought I'd share with you some info I found out today. Dr. Brady is currently not doing a private practice, although his assistant said that he had originally anticipated re-opening this Fall, but that's here and it hasn't happened. I often see people asking about him and it took some effort but I got this info.

His assistant said that I can try e-mailing him through his media link, but I'm not sure what good that would do. This is kind of surprising to me because if he is trying to help people, why isn't he seeing anyone?

I had been hoping to see him for a consultation as I really connected with his detailed experiences of 7 years of TMS yet despite trying his depth journaling and watching his videos, I can't seem to shake my own pain. The only thing I haven't tried is going directly to a TMS doc to see if perhaps hearing the diagnosis from their lips (even though I do believe I have it) might be the final kick I need.

I am thinking of seeing Dr. Schecter in L.A. instead to see if that would help as I did his journal and watched/listened to his CDs/DVDs.

I have Dr. Schecter's workbook for journaling and his videos/CDs. Having a framework to journal in helped for awhile, although he starts off every day with "what's going on in your life today"?

I personally liked the questions Dr. Brady gives you to do his "depth" journaling a bit more focused. I think anything is worth a try. What helps one person may not help another and vice versa.

RJM-

Is his workbook worth buying? Read some mixed reviews.

I emailed Dr. Schechter as his secretary advised last week but have
yet to hear from him. Anyone have luck?
