How many people here have been diagnosed with si joint issues? How are you doing? Also, do you get to a point of being just tired of dwelling on the negetive emotions all the time and wanting to just think about things more positively? Lastly, how many people here have just challenged the symptoms by going out and running or something and have gotten rid of the pain that way?

I was and had a chiro work on me regularly. In fact, I bought a self-help book on the subject and was convinced for awhile that it would take forever to get myself straightened out. I had daily sciatica, foot numbness and lower back pain. Then the pain started shifting to the other side and that convinced me it was TMS. From then on I ignored the pain completely and it was virtually all gone in less than a couple of weeks (after about 7 mos of daily pain), if I recall, and it has never returned. Just small twinges of discomfort once in awhile, but I just laugh at it, continue on and it is gone in no time. That's been at least a year ago I think.

mine slides all over the place. Chiropractors worked on it for years. Still slides all over the place. I don't think it is the cause of my pain, so I am now ignoring it. I do what I want. I lift what I want. It is not getting worse. In fact, I think it is getting better.
