Hi Everyone,
I recently fell off the TMS statagie program. I had a series of visits with an aruvatic doctor. I recieved vitiman injections, was convinced to give up my one cup of coffee a day.He insisted that diet is pretty much the cure for anything, coupled with large doses of water.Needless to say, here Iam in pain again (much of it fiscal),
as much pain as before. In fact with a newborn and being self employed working at home .I'm sure there is some unconcious stress there.Other then the phychological benifits of good diet, has anyone experienced less back pain?

Absolutely not. I became a complete vegetarian, quit smoking and drinking coffee because of my pain and it didn't help. I was convinced to do so after reading the book, "Foods That Fight Pain" which is sort of a bait and switch book. When you start reading it, you realize that the doctor who wrote it is a hard core vegan that pretty much thinks you can cure everything by giving up animal products. These changes I made may be good for my general health, but ONLY Dr. Sarno's guidelines can reduce or eliminate TMS pain.
