I am so excited!! I just took a two mile walk!! Just a month ago I couldn't walk around my yard much less two miles!! I just decided this morning that since my chronic fatigue is psychological there is no reason for me not to take the walk. I did it and I feel great!!! I also have a migraine this morning which I chose to ignore. Normally it would have held me back as well. Wooo Hoooo!!!!!
I have an appointment with Dr Sklar on Tuesday to be offically diagnosed. Then I will find an appropriate psychoanalyst (hopefully Don Dubin).
This is so exciting, I have hope now of actually getting past chronic fatigue and migraines (not to mentions a ton of other "things")!!! |
