you sound like me. I was a "book cure" 4 yrs ago. Crippling LBP. 70%Gone reading the book one time. 95% gone in 3 mos. 110% gone in a year, of doing nothing but reading the book, and a couple of poo poo lists about repression in my life.

I thought I was cured of TMS, whoa, not so, it left my back, and headed to my shoulder, knee, OCD, skin conditions, and back to the LB after overdoing it at the gym. TMS grabbed hard of that incident as the perfect excuse to come back. "this time I really done it"

Now, I'm forced to do the work. Hard work. Very hard work. Yet simple work, w/ out complicating it. Looking at the successful people on the board, they did hard work. Many would'nt post their success for a year or so in fear of jinxing themselves.

Hmmmmmmmmm, possibly because I used the wrong username??? ARGHHHHHHHHH!! Anyway, rather than typing my whole story again, I'll sum it up quickly. The KNOWLEDGE Dr Sarno gave me a few years ago no longer stops the pain. The time has come to deal with the supressed emotions that I don't know how to deal with. Thats why I'm here - to see how you guys do it. Just being here and reading some of the posts has stopped the severity of the spasms. I have hope again!
