Around the end of Oct you wrote that your pain had shifted to your upper back. Well guess what- the same has happened to me . You described your pain like a knife cutting into your back. Mine's more like burning pain in my right shoulder blade and usually gets worse during the day and better at night when I lie down. I also have this ache down my right arm and I can't seem to write . This always happens to me when my lower back is better. I'm constantly in pain with either one area or the other.
How is it going for you and have you had any success getting rid of it yet? Has anyone else had this problem ? Despite having read Sarno and knowing fully well that this is tms I have to admit that I'm worried this might be some kind of injury. and I do not want to see a doctor or physio. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks.
