I tought i alomost beat the ugly gremlin but i think it came back.I had pains in my legs, in my feet, in my pelvic,in my butt... But i manage to almost kill it all.I had only minor relapses but they would quickly be gone after i remind my self of TMS proces. But 3 days ago i start to have headache not so painfull but very distarcting, and my pains from before totaly dissapierd. No even a small twinch.I think its a symptom imperative, but i need some off your opinions.

I did the blood tests and all is ok,and for some viruses and thats ok too.

So as i sad, need some support.

It appears that you already have a very good handle on what is going on, You can clearly understand how tms works and also it seems to me from yr post you had had success in dealing with it.

As for the headaches, well you KNOW that it is TMS trying to distract you from focusing on some emotional aspect.

Spend some time and think of what may be happening in yr life at the moment that is causing the physical manifestations. It may manifest itself in many forms but you have to keep fighting it until you win.

Sometimes it could be something so minor that you might overlook it or something so major that you deliberately avoid thinking about it.

Think PSYCHOLOGICAL not PHYSICAL. IGNORE THE PAIN.

Good Luck & Good Health

Let me share a recent experience. I was simply walking and the tip of my shoe caused me to trip. Wow, it jammed my low back and immediate pain so bad. However, I kept walking and did not even tell my husband about the pain, but I went home and went to bed early that night becauses my back muscles were beginning to tense up and I kept touching them and causing more pain and I was beginning to obsess that I reinjured myself.

I went to bed early, closed the door, and basiclly cried that this happened to me again. Why, I just tripped.. I told myself that I was not going to give up another year of my life. I woke up the next morning, nothing, no pain.

My interpretation of my event was that I was going through some major life changes, and without even realizing my back muscles were tensed and already on guard, so when I tripped my gremlin found the perfect opportunity to surface.

Never stop challenging your gremlin. You will win.

There is no question this is part of TMS and you will be able to kill it all. Fear is part of the engine that drives your symptoms. When you lose your fear - via knowing this is TMS - the symptoms will disappear.
