Started reading Dr.Wayne Dyer's book on the Tao Te Ching. It's great,
just reading one chapter a day. One chapter every couple of days might be better. His talks on the book are on PBS now, as well.

Wayne's translations of the 81 verses are apllied to modern life-as in how ego driven wants may be running your life. (as in buying more"stuff") Or, when you find your ego self judging someone or some situation, observe this without critizing or changing it. The Tao is about going with the flow of life, rather than fighting it, kind of like fighting the flow of traffic on the road, or not. His talk on PBS summarizes it really well. crk - my running is going well, thanks. Nice of Jeff Galloway to mention Sarno, I read a write up in Runner's World a couple of years ago that mentioned him, too. I have been trying "chirunning" for the last few weeks, it's great, but a complete change in running style. Glad all your annoying"running injuries" went away, too.

Hey Al, I was struck by your post's title because that's the subtitle of the book I just posted about: http://www.tmshelp.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3765. Perhaps you can give some details about how Dyer is using that phrase.

p.s. how's the running? I love running too. In fact, it was through Jeff Galloway that I learned about Sarno's book. JG wisely didn't tell me what the book would say, just heard me talk about my back and said "read this - it will help." I did, and was pain free in less than 2 weeks (after 7 years of chronic pain). All my fake "running injuries" disappeared too.
