I'm just curious how many people out there use meditation in their TMS program. I have an academic interest in Buddhism and I've found many connections between Buddhist philosophy and TMS theory (i.e. equanimity, impermanence, the idea of living completely in the present), but I've yet to bring myself to meditate regularly. My perfectionistic procrastinator side has always held me back...

I think that you would probably be interested in this case study from the other TMS site where the author found help for her TMS through the use of some Zen techniques.
