I really enjoyed this book, and have been trying his running method this week. He uses Tai chi and yoga postures and core muscles to drive the body. The philosophy is to make the process and the goal one - this may help many runners, as we are obsessive by nature. I have not had any running "injuries" lately, but his methods can help with recovery, and relaxation during the run.
