I want to get over this disorder as fast as possible...

This kind of mindset revolves around impatience. When your mind is
restless and filed with tension you become impatient...

Impatience has its roots in frustration/anger/rage.

We refuse to Pay Attention to who we are being/how we are being
because the Results (healing) are not coming fast enough.

Our minds prefer to repress/deny/resist paying attention in the detail necessary to heal. So we blame the outside world instead.

Impatience ends, and the beginning of the end of the pain cycle begins, when you can go inside yourself with enough confidence/openness to let your inner awareness of who/how you are being reveal itself.

If you want to heal, you must have intimate awareness and attention
into who you are being and why. All the other stuff is fluff, it's
someone wanting to be intellectually right. Which has nothing to do with healing.

Nice point there, Monte.

It is actually one of the psychological triggers, I have noticed in my own TMS.

I frequently get pain symptoms when I get impatient... whenever I'm waiting for something. whenever I force myself to keep doing something when I feel like I want to rest... my perfectionism forces me to keep going, because I can complete it NOW and not later.

I want everything now and I want it perfect and when it's different to what I expected it enrages me severely!
