Thank you to all who wrote, and thanks for Baseball's story. Except for the fact that I'm a "young" 54 yr old and never really was as active as he is, I sure raised a family and worked and was pretty active on my own. His story pretty much mirrors my own. And I was able to get to the journaling web site and printed all that. I will use it everyday. I am pretty obsessed with this theory. Shawn - when I read "you have TMS" I almost cried. I think so too, I have pinned my hopes on so many things I am almost afraid to hope this will help. I certainly have prayed to die. I don't want to live this life. Please pray with me that I will get thru this and live a life worth living. Thank you so much for understanding and caring. Mary

Penny ~ Thanks, I think I'm just beginning to figure that out. I will continue to try! Mary

I think what LadyBug was referring to was this link in her previous thread that includes some journaling guides.

LadyBug, FYI when you post in response to a prior post, you can actually post your response in the original thread, that way all the info stays in one place. (That's why so many threads have many entries.)

I know what it's like to not want to live. My prayers are definitely with you!

Thank you so much.

Just remember Ladybug, for your condition the medical establishment can only feed you pills and bull****. Dr. Sarno's work, however, gives you hope of a full recovery if you follow his self treatment plan. The real doctor- not those frauds with white lab coats dispencing snake oil medicine from the dark ages- is inside of you. Let her to do her work.
