I have started going back to the gym and the activity is really helping. I had foot drop, pain, and numbness in my leg. Herniated disc diagnosis.

The movement is taking away pain and I am gaining strength. It is slow, but it is great to feel progress. I can also feel that the muscles are starting to lose the contracted tension. I am just about sold on TMS.

I am also reading Spontaneous Healing by Andrew Weil. I am really liking this book. It makes a lot of sense. Sarno is in the "solve the problem" camp, while surgery on the spine is in the "solve the symptom" camp.

Congrats on making a huge leap forward. Keep up the good work! Dr. Weil is a great man and I think Spontaneous Healing is one of his best to date. -Sensei

Yes yes yes!!!!!!! Resume all normal physical activity, as per Sarno's recommendation. You have nothing to lose but your pain.
