Somehow the combination of water and sunshine melts away my symptoms: which chiefly alternate between a type of pain in my upper left chest and anxiety. I am not quite sure if the swimming somehow acts a distraction in place of my TMS. I know that sunshine has the power to lift away depression, and perhaps the swimming increases the blood circulation. Of course the symptoms might reoccur a few hours later. But still I would highly recommend the beach for prompt relief of TMS symptoms (at least in my case).
