Hi, I was recruited to row crew for a Division 1 program, but senior year of high school, I injured my back. After 2 years of pain, I just now read Mind Over Back Pain and Back Sense, but I was still wondering if I could expect to compete at a Division 1 level? Any advice would be much appreciated.

If your "back injury" was TMS, then there is NO reason you cannot do whatever you want to.
