Hello there to everyone!

Well i have just had a good week!!! And i can here marc sopher in my head cheering me on! He is a star! Right last week i dug out and wheelbarrowed 8cubic yards of rubble (thats a huge skips worth!)! Concreted a 6x2 metre drive with only minor irritation! If my back was screwed how could this be possible!!! Back to work nagging back!!! its all in the Sarno magic!
We will all get there in the end!!!

My piece of wisdom for the day is

Lifes too important to take seroiusly!!! Nothing really matters in the end except love and good friendship

All the very best limmie pete!

Good to hear some positive news! I'm sure that if you had any kind of serious back problem, you couldn't have done anything that physically demanding. Hope you continue down this positive path.
