I emailed him recently regarding if TDM was coming out in an e-book version with no reply.
I have corresponded with him by mail in the past successfully.
If you call the phone number there is a message that has his e.mail address.
As far as I know, his office manager Mary, at NYU-Rusk, handles his correspondence and helps edit his books also.
