Posted - 02/19/2007 : 11:27:33 For those who've read a number of my posts, you may recall me mentioning my mom, and how I had told her about Sarno but she had not yet gotten into it and had success with it. Recently she had quite a bad spate of leg and back pain and seemed interested in hearing more again.
I talked to her last week, after giving her (at her request) my copy of Amir's Rapid Recovery book, and she has had a huge decrease in her pain, both that attack and her general pain (she has had chronic pain in many locations for a long time, as well as immune stuff, migraines, yeast, and various other TMS things). She is really happy about her success and very much into the Sarno method for working on the things that continue to bother her.
I'm really happy too. Most of the time nothing really happens when you tell someone about Sarno and then you have to try to just let go of it, which I had more or less done here and then suddenly, success!

Posted - 02/19/2007 : 13:48:53 I recommended Sarno to a doctor who bought Sarno's "Healing Back Pain." I don't know if she read it yet, but next time I see her I will ask.
