Hi,

Thanks to everyone for responding to my questions!

I first considered that my arm/shoulder pain could be TMS 2-3 weeks ago.

Once I somewhat accepted the diagnosis, after a few days (but was still shaky), I tried some pushups. To my delight, I noticed that my pain didn't seem to be correlated with my pushups--it didn't get better/worse in response to them.

I'm still in varying degrees of pain, though. Do you think there's any harm in continuing this activity before my pain goes away?

I'm also in my 20's, by the way...24...and I think I've had TMS for a few years, at least.
