I am going to start journaling now. I bought a voice recorder, since that seems to be the best way to talk out my problems. I type all day and typing sort of feels like a JOB to me also. I think using a voice recorder would be effective also. Does anyone have any hints on what to talk about? Or what to do? Is there a certain "structure" that anyone would advise?

All ideas would be welcome, and thanks.

Kev

Just start writing. There are no rules. The best "bible" for journaling is "Journal To The Self" by Kathleen Adams.

I'm not sure if you've read these threads but they're very helpful. There are specific questions you can ask yourself to begin the process.
