Posted - 01/10/2007 : 22:42:12 I am going to start journaling now. I bought a voice recorder, since that seems to be the best way to talk out my problems. I type all day and typing sort of feels like a JOB to me also. I think using a voice recorder would be effective also. Does anyone have any hints on what to talk about? Or what to do? Is there a certain "structure" that anyone would advise?
All ideas would be welcome, and thanks.
