Not sure where, but somehwere I read from Sarno that going back and releasing repressed emotions from the subconscous in life stages really helps, specifically narrowing down "stuff" decade by decade. I am in my fifties so I have enough decades (more than i really wish) but has anyone read and done that also, and if so, what do you think?

For many years I have been doing much the same sort of journaling that Sarno recommends. It involves looking at any memory that comes up, some of them very early in my life, and both writing out the thoughts and memories and releasing the feelings.

Whatever I come up with, this way, is helpful.
