Am about to start with a TMS trained therapist recommended by
Dr. Sarno. Would welcome any comments from someone who has done
this. Was it helpful?

I see a TMS therapist recommended by Dr. Sarno. I find it extremely helpful. I expored therapists within my PPO, and wouldn't even switch, though I'd only pay a co-pay. After interviewing 5 of the in-plan therapists, I realized a TMS therapist is needed and the only way to go.
I've really come a long way since beginning therapy, and found out a great deal ahbout myself, and reasons for why I developed TMS.

Good Luck! Let us know how you do :)
